TORONTO, June 2, 2017 - Kontrol Energy Corp. (CSE:KNR) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from the Company's Annual General meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2017 (the "Meeting"). The shareholders elected the six nominees as put forward by the Company, as follows: Paul Ghezzi, Kristian Lavereau, Claudio Del Vasto, Andrew Bowerbank, Steve Smith, and Geoff LaFleur.
Additionally, the shareholders approved a resolution appointing De Visser Gray LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors for the Company for the ensuing year, and re-approved the 10% rolling stock option plan of the Company in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
